How does the guarantee work? What happens if there is no bike available when I want to ride?
We understand it can be disappointing if a bike isn't available when you reach the kiosk. If we let you down, we make it right — no runaround. If you are an Admiral Member, we will extend your membership by a month at no cost. If you are a Commander Member and it happens during the week, we will offer the same benefit.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes! While we hope you choose to stay, you do have the option to cancel if you wish. You will receive a refund for any full months remaining on your annual membership. Your "buddy pass" riders will also give up their benefits. Monthly members who cancel will not be charged for their next month.
Can I purchase a membership as a gift?
Certainly! When you receive the form to create the account, simply provide the person's details.
Can I change the membership owner or "buddy pass" riders?
Yes! We understand that throughout the year, you might want to make some adjustments. You may change the membership and "buddy passes" once per year.
Can children use the membership?
Yes. Teens aged 15-18 can use the bikes when accompanied by an adult. (Insurance rule). So, it makes sense for the adult to take advantage of the membership while the child over 15 uses the "buddy pass".
I have multiple family members. Do you offer a discount for purchasing more than one membership?
Unfortunately, the technology does not have that capability. But, you can see the number of bikes available at the kiosk in real time on the Movatic APP.
